Jose Gomes

Jose Gomes brought his extensive marketing and sales background to Tim Singer and Associates and Coldwell Banker at the beginning of the latest real estate boom. Born in Brazil and raised in South Florida, Jose’s deep roots have allowed him to develop a strong business network in the tri-county area while maintaining connections in South America. He participated on the highest priced sale of a non-waterfront single family residence in the history of Victoria Park and then repeated the feat by selling the most expensive home ever in the City of Coral Springs. His involvement in a wide range of local organizations keeps Jose busy outside of his real estate career.

Eric Saenz

Eric Saenz joined Tim Singer and Associates as a New Construction Specialist. Eric Saenz brings his sales experience in New Construction to add yet another layer so expertise to the Singer Team. Graduating from DePaul University Chicago with a B.S. in biological sciences, Eric is a proven sales professional and in November (2015) Eric was named to the “People on the Move” list by the South Florida Business Journal. Eric calls Ft. Lauderdale home and is constantly amazed at the city’s continued evolution. Eric has always valued service to others and is a proud member of the La Rabida Children Hospital Volunteer Network (Chicago), AJC Children’s Foundation (Florida) and El Centro (immigration law center). In his free time Eric enjoys long runs, taking advantage of S. Florida’s vibrant culture and lazy days at the beach.

Juan Douzoglou is Founder, Chief Executive Officer and the head of Dou Group. Mr. Douzoglou has more than 30 years of experience in the management area, with an MBA from Nova university and a proven track record in utilizing effective, hands-on, entrepreneurial leadership to continuously improve growth and bottom line performance.

Before founding Dou Group, Juan Douzoglou was recognized as the director of a respectable company that had an important role in the Venezuelan industrial technology market. With the vision of bringing progress through knowledge and innovation Juan took Douzoglou family business to the next level.

Mr. Douzoglou genuine passion for business, prior development experience in the Miami area and strategic consulting skills drove him to found Dou Group, a company that today shows an important trajectory in the real estate market, mainly focused on the growth of the South Florida area.
